AACDS and Aspire Training Clinics Team

At AACDS, the strength of our training is defined by the capability, experience, and dedication of our team.

We bring together a network of industry professionals who are actively working within cosmetic medicine, dermal therapy, and clinical education. Led by Brad, our curriculum is developed in collaboration with leading clinicians and informed by ongoing engagement with suppliers, associations, and employers - ensuring our training reflects current industry standards.

AACDS training and delivery is led by Megan, who is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all components of the course. From curriculum design through to student outcomes, there is clear passion for delivering a structured and effective learning experience.

Our Aspire Training Clinics are led by Lisa, who oversees clinic operations and clinical governance. Under her leadership, students are supported within a professional, real-world environment that reflects the expectations and standards of industry practice.
