The city of Perth is the capital city of Western Australia and has an estimated population of approximately 1,896,000 (as of 2016). Perth has a healthy climate with low humidity with the temperature averaging around 13°C n winter and around 25°C in summer. Perth experiences more sunny days than any other city in Australia.

Perth is one of the few places in Australia where pristine, soft-sand beaches and beautiful parks converge with a busy hub of restaurants, theatres, street art & culture.

The Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science is located a short 10 minute walk from Perth’s city centre and only a five minute walk from Perth Station. There are also many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the AACDS.

Our campus boasts a spacious classroom with views of the surrounding neighbourhood, filling our room with as much natural sunlight as possible.
We have a fully functioning student clinic on campus that operates within Aspire Training Clinics (www.aspiretrainingclinics.com.au). Clients can visit us for discounted treatments performed by our current students, who are also fully qualified nurses, doctors and beauty therapists by trade. These students are supervised at all times by a qualified and experienced dermal therapist or cosmetic nurse.

Aspire Training Clinic is located on the first level of our campus and is open to all for treatments at a fraction of the cost and to purchase retail products.

The AACDS offers an equipped kitchenette with a fridge and microwave for all students and staff to utilise. We also offer two fully stocked vending machines for the students.

Perth has a lot to offer! Making the most of it will depend on your personal preferences, whether you will be travelling alone or with a family and your ability to manage your budget. As you can see below, we have outlined costs that may affect your situation when studying in Australia. (Please remember that there are to be used as a guide only.
